So I have a bit of explaining to do. When I started writing Edward the alien I was at university and I always wanted to publish a teenagers book. I didn't particularly care what anyone else told me whether it was confusing, complicated or just put of this world. I was going to write. When explained my book to my tutors or lecturers they said you don't have to publish it and I said isn't that the whole point. I published it, I didn't finish it but I was still the student who left university with a fully published book and now book 2 has brought an ending. An ending that I love cause the truth is the gods have no limits. Yeah but seriously I will never stop writing and I will never stop proving those kind of people who said no, that I can do it. Cause I did. So when I first started my website I was also at university there were a lot of pictures and a lot of blogs so the website needed an upgrade I did that in December and I had an amazing Christmas break, to be fair I needed it. 2025, there wasn't really much to say about it. I'm ready for 2026, more than ever. Below are a few photos of what I made coming into a new year and new stories, after the school of faith, you will learn about where the darkness came from how they beat it and then it's a new story called, I am a unicorn. I made Lego flowers, enjoyed using acrylic pens and had lots of fun in 2025, but 2026 is going to be amazing. I am also changing the day I blog to Friday instead of Thursday cause it just works better. We have taken down Christmas decorations and officially sorted everything for 2026.
Chapter 3
So, when we woke, well when I woke it was still dark. I could hear Arthur the guy who picked us up was grabbing our suitcases and putting them upstairs in this very large house. I woke up and unstrapped myself. If I'm the strongest then I was going to find out, how and why so I could be strong and finish early just like everyone wanted me to, cause they needed me to.
I ask Arthur if he needed help, he refused at first but, then I said I couldn't sleep so then he sighed and reluctantly let me help. This mansion was old, older than ever. It seemed like it was made just for them, it was a school. Whilst putting the bags upstairs in the separate rooms, she figured that out from the way things were arranged. Six rooms upstairs exactly, one for each five kids and one for Arthur. Five chairs arranged in one room downstairs and a moveable white board for lessons and there was a small suitcase in each room. In the suitcases was small essentials but easy access to be able to manage our faith, our powers, but mine was different I didn't have a wand in mine. Inside the suitcases was a scarf, hat, gloves, notebooks, pencil case and equipment and a wand. In mine instead of a wand was an extra notepad, I had to document everything like a journal, as I was the strongest I had to pass on my wisdom to someone, somewhere one day and inside the notebook was a necklace with a sword charm. "The sword of destiny." Arthur said.
He explained to me that, "the necklace was the sword of destiny and that I would need to use it to fight the darkness soon and when I did destiny would be inevitable." Which didn't make sense to be honest, I think he was foreshadowing, like my English teachers would. Arthur also explained that I didn't have a wand cause I didn't need one, he said "it's not like harry potter, the wand doesn't guide or anything like that, you guide yourself".
