Today was good, went for a long run. Me and mum ran 4 miles. She said 'we were only doing a mile', then killed me after 4.
But any ways, for breakfast we had good old hot cross buns. Then put on lamb for a roast to be eaten at 4pm. I began sketching and we began demolishing the Easter eggs.
Can you spot my egg? Where's the Easter Egg, Where's Wally?

Any ways, I got a new book to read today. Thanks to a local friend again, got it on my run. Shivers, its got me in it. Well a character named Grace. I have decided to try and be like my Grandad this lockdown and try to read a book a day and a movie a day.
I finished doing my sketches for Edward The Alien book 2, all completed.
Now I will admit for this short story I do have a bit of writers block as I don't know what happens after this part. But I'm sure I will think about it later tonight. Then I will know exactly what to write tomorrow.
But here it is chapter 8 of The Secret.
Chapter 8
The two girls rushed off the balcony.
Into a grey room.
After they heard screaming. They saw the boy and girl tied up with two men pointing guns to their heads.
Astrid and Milena stopped them.
"There must be something else you can do." They both said simotaneously.
The girl that interveiwed them looked bemused.
"They must forget, they must be forgotten." She said.
"Can't they just be sent home? I'm sure they won't say anything." said astrid with the children shaking their heads behind them.
"They came from a foster home, they have no where to go." Said the lady who interviewed them once more.
"Yes they do, you are not going to kill either of these children." said Milena.
"Oh yes and why's that?" said the lady by the door.
"cause we will take them in, they will live with us." Said Astrid.
The two men with guns, Lowered them.
"What are we witnessing?!" said the two men confused. They looked like they were not human for a moment.
"Hope!" said the two girls, before untying the children.
They took them both home and the children admitted they recognised them. One lived with Milena and the other with Astrid.
They both went between the two houses and often had sleep overs, in either.
They became home schooled and stayed a good family of 6.
Right, sorry but still haven't done illustrations for these short stories. so here is the development of some of the sketches I did today and others from before today. That helped me to come up with the illustrations for Edward the Alien book 2.
